Ephemera is a somewhat mad wager, to democratize immersive catering, uncommon in France, but very popular in Japan.
There's no question of importing the exorbitant prices charged in Japan. Our aim is to offer as many people as possible an immersive and unusual culinary experience! The concept is strong and the food affordable (and good, of course!).
In the kitchen, our products are carefully sourced and our dishes are generous and sophisticated. Immersive entertainment, yes, but not at the expense of the food!

Under the Sea is a true ode to the beauty and mystery of the oceans. Yes, yes, nothing less! Once you've stepped through the restaurant's doors, our mission is to make you forget Paris and your everyday life for just one evening...
Our walls, covered with high-definition screens, broadcast mesmerizing images of coral reefs, exotic fish and glistening waves, creating a total immersion in the heart of the oceans. Using dimmed lights, we imitate the rippling reflections of water, adding a touch of magic to the atmosphere. Each table is softly lit, just enough to highlight the details of the dishes, while allowing the bluish glow of the ocean floor to shine through.
The restaurant's decor, which we have meticulously thought out, blends marine elements with contemporary design. The result: you'll dine in the company of luminescent jellyfish and fascinating sea creatures.
As for the music, we wanted it to be soft and soothing, reflecting the calm of the water. So you'll hear the roll of the waves and the murmur of the underwater world.
Take the immersion to the plate? Of course! On the menu: a cuisine inspired by the oceans, imagined by our chef, Loris de Vaucelles, who worked in Thierry Marx's kitchens, and his brigade. Their inventive dishes feature fish from sustainable French fisheries. Fish lovers, your taste buds will thank you!
Do you like oysters? Good news, they're on the menu! Head to the oyster bar, where you'll be able to sample tasty oysters from Oléron!

We take you on board the Stellar mission, more than 400 km from Earth, to discover the cosmos and a range of celestial landscapes. Milky Way, moon, meteorite field... we take you to the heart of the solar system and sidereal immensity.
We drew on the expertise and creativity of Spectre Lab, a Paris-based multidisciplinary creative studio specializing in the creation of immersive experiences, and Henriette et Compagnie, creators of numerous cinema sets, to create a set worthy of the finest film scenes.
From the first floor to the basement, and from the floor to the ceiling, immersion is total! A play of light inspired by seventh-art sets highlights a whole galaxy of constructed planets.

The concept for our Jungle Palace restaurant is simple: an abandoned architectural structure in the exotic land of Naté, where the mighty forces of nature have reclaimed their rights. For an evening, you'll become an adventurer in a mysterious jungle where leaves and flowers become one!
From dawn with its morning mist, to dusk, with its phosphorescent night scenery, you are surrounded by majestic animals, gliding through this magical forest. Tigers, exotic birds, life-size elephants, carnivorous plants... vegetation grows and takes over, wildlife evolves among you and birds circle overhead. In the middle of the meal, surprise... a tropical storm breaks out all around you!
