One of Paris's leading caterers took over our Under The Sea restaurant for a dinner themed around the abyss and the sea. Lenôtre offered its customers an experience to awaken all their senses. The privileged guests had the opportunity to take part in a unique sensory experience, sublimated by Lenôtre's culinary creativity.

The immersive world of Under The Sea was the setting for Samsonite to present its new Proxis suitcase, the star of its 2024 campaign. A gustatory and sensory voyage punctuated by a bespoke menu and a signature cocktail, "LE 1910", a nod to the year Samsonite was created. A unique privatization that plunged guests into the heart of exploration and innovation.

This event was organized in our restaurant, proposing a tailor-made and eco-responsible menu signed by 4 hands and created by the chef Loris de Vaucelles and the chef Clémence Gommy.

This February 21, 2023, innovation was at the heart of the GHD AIR event for the launch of their new 2in1 dryer straightener at the Under The Sea bar.
For the occasion, 20 lifestyle and beauty influencers were present and were able to taste and especially savor a menu made to measure by the chef and co-founder of the Ephemera group.
Around them, the GHD AIR campaign was presented on our projection screens.

The cocktail party at the Stellar restaurant was a success, offering a unique dining experience. Guests enjoyed 15 creations by chef Loris De Vaucelles, a graduate of the Institut Paul Bocuse, highlighting fresh and seasonal products. The walls, adorned with the TUI France logo and a projection of speeches added a distinctive touch, captivating by the total personalization of the place!
